Last Friday, one of our friends attended the Public Service Week Istana Reception Ceremony. The event commemorates public officers in Singapore, and for our worldwide audience, the Istana is the official residence and office of the President of Singapore.
Boy, were we both honoured and proud to have a Lark and Peony dress on the grounds of the Istana!
