Sizing

  • The natural stretch of this rayon blend is very generous so we recommend sizing down from your usual size.

  • Due to the increased length of the Aleah (57”), we will be offering a one-time free alteration if you want to shorten the length only.

  • No refunds/exchanges will be allowed once you’ve decided to alter the piece without trying on in person. For online purchases, you may try the dress on after receiving it before bringing down to our studio for alterations.

  • All altered pieces are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable. 

Please let us know at checkout how much you would the dress to be altered. If you are unsure, opt for in-store pick up and come down to our studio so you can try it on in person before we send it in for adjustments.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local courier deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday.
It's crucial to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and we ask that you provide a working contact number. In cases where the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts, a re-delivery fee will be incurred which will result in an additional SGD$5.

SPEEDY GONZALES: If you require the item quickly, drop us a message and ask what can be arranged. In store pick ups are possible during our operating hours and you may also organise for a local Grab rider to pick up your item for you.
