RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  1. Exchanges/returns must be done within 8 days upon customer receiving order and 16 days for overseas orders.
  2. We only allow a one-time exchange for a more suitable size, style or print.
  3. All refunds will be in the form of store credits (valid for 1 year) and you will be notified via email within 3 working days when the refund has be credited into your account.
  4. The returned/exchanged item has to be returned in its original good condition (along with the original tags) via Registered Mail (with tracking number) or any form of trackable courier service. 
  5. For any exchanges and returns, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving orders.

How To Return or Exchange An Item

Your item must be returned in its original unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging.  As our products come in limited sizes and quantity, it is important you check and try on the dress once you have received your order. We cannot guarantee a replacement of the exact same design/colour if a defect is found or incorrect size is selected but we will try our very best to assist in such matters. If we do not have a suitable replacement for you, we will process a refund once we receive the returned piece.

Kindly return the item within 8 days (or 16 days for international buyers) of receipt of your purchase. 

Do note the following steps to ensure a smooth facilitation of your exchange and returns:

  1. Please email defect details and attach a clear picture to order@larkandpeony to request a refund. We will assess the defect and once it has been approved, we will inform you whether we will be able to assist.

  1. Please inform us of the tracking number of your return parcel to expedite the process. The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our premises and we strongly encourage you to send it via Registered Mail or Local Courier as we do not take responsibility for items that go missing while in transit through Regular Mail.

 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, damaged, stained, altered by a third party or by purchaser will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All markdown, sale and pre-ordered items are strictly non-refundable/non exchangeable.

    Once your order payment is confirmed, we take 3 working days to process and ship your order. If you need it urgently, we suggest selecting in-store pick up.
    Within Singapore, we rely on local courier services. For international shipping, we use Singapore Post.
    If you prefer faster delivery through carriers like Fedex, DHL or UPS please contact us via email. Note that higher shipping rates will apply and we will adjust the shipping charges accordingly.

      International Shipping

      If you're ordering from a location outside of Singapore or having your order shipped there, it's essential to understand that all duties, taxes, and other charges associated with your Lark and Peony purchase(s) are your responsibility upon order confirmation. This is due to the varying import laws of different countries.
      It's important to be aware that we do not cover the cost of international returns or exchanges. This means that if you need to return a purchased item, you will be responsible for the associated expenses.

        Important Notes

        Local courier deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday. It's crucial to ensure that your shipping address and contact number is accurate. In cases where the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts, a re-delivery fee will be incurred.
        Any delivery address inaccuracies, cancellations or changes to the delivery will result in an additional SGD$5 redelivery charge.
