Our store will be operating by appointment only for the next drop of Shanghai Calling from 5 - 7 January. We will be launching online on 8 January at 11am and our retail store will be closed from 8 - 9 January to fulfil online orders.
Due to the limited slots available, we ask that you let us know as early as possible if you cannot make it to your booking. This gives another fellow shopper a chance to enjoy the booking slot instead.
Each slot is 45 minutes long, and you are allowed to bring a maximum of one (1) person and if all changing rooms are full, you will be asked to share the fitting room with your companion. Our studio has limited fitting rooms available at any given moment, so we ask that you begin and end within your allotted time slot. Failure to show up within 15 minutes of your start time will result in forfeiture of your slot.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local courier deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday.
It's crucial to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and we ask that you provide a working contact number. In cases where the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts, a re-delivery fee will be incurred which will result in an additional SGD$5.
SPEEDY GONZALES: If you require the item quickly, drop us a message and ask what can be arranged. In store pick ups are possible during our operating hours and you may also organise for a local Grab rider to pick up your item for you.
