RETURNS + EXCHANGES

IN-STORE PURCHASES
All in-store purchases are final. As pieces are strictly limited in numbers, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges purchased in-store.
ONLINE PURCHASES
For online orders, returns or exchanges may be requested within 8 days (or 16 days for overseas orders) of receiving your parcel. We offer a one-time exchange per order for an alternative size, style, or print, subject to availability.
REFUNDS
All approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of refund. We do not offer cash refunds.
STORE CREDIT PURCHASES
Items purchased using store credit are final sale and not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
SALE ITEMS
All items purchased during sale periods, promotional events, or marked as discounted are final sale. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

As crafters of small-batch collections, our pieces are produced in limited sizes and quantities. Once you receive your order, please check and try on your pieces promptly.

We cannot guarantee a replacement in the same design or colour, but if a defect is found or the wrong size was selected, we will do our best to assist you. If no suitable replacement is available, a refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Returns or exchanges can be done in-store or via registered mail (with tracking number). Item must be in their original unwashed, unaltered condition with tags still intact.
