RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Exchanges/returns must be done within 7 days upon customer receiving order and 14 days for overseas orders.
  2. We only allow a one-time exchange for a more suitable size or print.
  3. For any exchanges and returns, pease notify us within 24 hours after receiving orders.
  4. Returned/Exchanged item has to be returned in its original good condition (with swing tag) via Registered Mail (with tracking number) or any form of trackable courier service. We are not responsible for missing parcels via the regular postal system.  
  5. Any refunds will be in the form of store credits and you will be notified via email within 3 working days.

How To Return or Exchange An Item

Your item must be returned in its original unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging.  As our products come in limited sizes and quantity, it is important you check and try on the dress once you have received your order. We cannot guarantee a replacement of the exact same design/colour if a defect is found or incorrect size is selected but we will try our very best to assist in such matters. If we do not have a suitable replacement for you, we will process a refund once we receive the returned piece.

Kindly return the item within 7 days (or 14 days for international buyers) of receipt of your purchase. 

Do note the following steps to ensure a smooth facilitation of your exchange and returns:

  1. Please email defect details and attach a clear picture to order@larkandpeony to request a refund. We will assess the defect and once it has been approved, we will inform you whether we will be able to assist.

  1. Include in your package a note stating the details and reason for your return. Please inform us of the tracking number to expedite the process. The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our premises and we strongly encourage you to send it via Registered Mail or Local Courier as we do not take responsibility for items that go missing while in transit through Regular Mail.
  2. Once you've sent the item out, do drop us an email so we know when to expect it. If you choose to send it via Registered Mail, do include the article number so we can track it should it go missing. 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, damaged, stained, altered by a third party or by purchaser will not be accepted for return or exchange.
