ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

All parcels are sent via registered mail and are accompanied by a tracking code.

Upon order confirmation, please allow a minimum of 3 working days for processing and shipment. If you require your order urgently, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email at order@larkandpeony.com, and we will do our best to expedite it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all international orders, please note that duties, taxes, and other charges associated with your purchase(s) are the responsibility of the customer upon order confirmation. This is due to the varying import regulations of different countries.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Local courier deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns or exchanges. If you wish to return a purchased item, you will be responsible for the associated shipping expenses.

Any inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses, including those incorrectly filled in at checkout, will incur an additional SGD $5 re-delivery fee after dispatch.
