ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING

Each order is carefully prepared before it leaves our hands.
Once payment is confirmed, please allow up to three working days for processing and dispatch.
Should you require your order sooner, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Within Singapore: Deliveries are entrusted to our local courier partners.
  • International Orders: By default, we ship with Singapore Post. If you would like a faster service (FedEx, DHL, UPS), please email us. We will be happy to make the arrangements—shipping rates will be adjusted accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When placing an order to be shipped outside Singapore, please be aware that duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and will be collected directly by your local customs authority.

We regret that international returns and exchanges are not covered by Lark + Peony. Should you wish to return an item, the shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Local courier deliveries take place Monday through Saturday.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery after two attempts, a re-delivery fee will be applied.
  • Changes, cancellations, or inaccuracies in the delivery address will incur an SGD $5 re-delivery charge.
