SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Once your order is received and paid for, it takes 1-3 working days to process pieces in stock. Your purchase is then shipped/couriered to you via a local courier for Singapore Addresses or Singapore Post (for Rest of the World). If you'd prefer express shipping (Fedex, DHL etc.), kindly make a note in the comment box or drop us an email so that we can make alternate arrangements. Different rates and charges will apply.

 

International Shipping  

Any customers ordering from or shipping to a location outside of Singapore, will be responsible for all duties, taxes and other charges associated with their Lark and Peony purchase(s) upon order confirmation. As much as we’d love to take the hassle out of it and price it into our good, the world is too big a place and every country has its own special import laws.

By placing your order you acknowledge that you are responsible to pay any additional fees/charges applicable to country’s import laws.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Local courier deliveries are made from Monday - Saturday
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and please provide us with an accurate contact number. If courier is unable to deliver after 2 tries, return packages will incur a re-delivery fee. 
  • Any cancellation or change of delivery date due to customer unavailability, an additional SGD$5 will be charged.
