PAYMENT + CREDITS
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTED?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, GrabPay, PayPal, and local bank transfers.
TERMS OF USE FOR STORE CREDITS
Store Credit will be issued for eligible returns, usable for online and in-store purchases.
Please note that Store Credit is only valid for one year and cannot be transferred or redeemable as cash or gift card. Items purchased with Store Credit are not eligible for a further return.
Lark + Peony reserves the right to modify or supplement the terms and conditions associated with Store Credits at any time without prior notification, including the termination of the program.
Refer to our Return and Exchange Policy to check if you’re eligible to return your item/s.
HOW DO I USE STORE CREDITS?
Online
1. Proceed with the checkout process as usual.
2. At the payment page, you can select to redeem your Store Credit.
*However, if your total bill exceeds your Store Credit balance, you will be required to use other payment methods to offset the remaining amount.
In-Store
Inform our staff that you’ll like to use your Store Credit.
If the total cost is less than the amount in the Store Credit, the remaining balance will be retained in your account for future purchases until it expires.
GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Redemption
• LARK + PEONY Gift Cards are issued by LARK + PEONY LLC and can only be applied to products bought from our physical store or our website at larkandpeony.com.
• LARK + PEONY Gift Cards can be redeemed for both in-store and online purchases.
• In-store: Present the code included in your email to our staff before making your purchase.
• Online: Enter the code included in your email at checkout.
• Only one Gift Card may be used for a single purchase.
• Additional payment is required if the total purchase price exceeds the value of the Gift Card.
Fees & Expiry
• LARK + PEONY Gift Cards have a validity period of 1 year from the date of issue. Extension of the validity period is strictly not allowed.
• Our Gift Cards have no additional processing fees.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
• Gift Cards are not reloadable and may not be exchanged for cash or credits.
• All items bought with a LARK + PEONY Gift Card cannot be returned. However, we allow a one-time exchange for a different size, style, or print.
Handling
• LARK + PEONY reserves the right to amend or supplement the terms & conditions regarding the Gift Cards at any time without prior notice, including the termination of Gift Cards.
Risk of Loss
• LARK + PEONY is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. The code is redeemable for a one-time use only and can be redeemed by whoever finds the code.
