RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Return and exchange policy
Returns/Exchanges must be done within 8 days for local orders and 16 days for overseas orders. Please notify us of any returns or exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a one-time exchange for a different size, style or print. 
Items must be in their original conditions: unused, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags and packaging intact. Items can be brought to our store or sent back by mail. We strongly recommend using registered mail as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged sent through regular postal services.

After verifying your item/s, refunds will be issued as store credits (valid for 1 year) and you will receive a notification via email within 3 working days.
Please note that items purchased during Pre-Orders and Sale events such as Founders Day and Grab Bag are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Additionally, items purchased with Store Credit are not eligible for a further return.
We reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet the conditions listed above.
How do I return/exchange my item?
You can return or exchange your item/s either by visiting our store or by mailing them back to us. Customers opting for exchange are strongly advised to drop by the store to try the pieces.
Mailing
1. Please drop us an email for any order concerns to order@larkandpeony.com. We will assist you to the best of our abilities.

2. Mail your items to:

3. Once you've sent the item out, do drop us an email to inform us of the tracking number on your return package.
The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our premises and we strongly recommend using Registered Mail as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged sent through regular postal services.
In-Store
1. Inform our staff of your intention to return or exchange, providing the necessary details.

2. Our staff will assist you in finding a suitable replacement or processing a refund in the form of Store Credits.
As our products have limited sizes and quantity, it is important you check and try on the item once you have received your order. We cannot guarantee a replacement of the exact same design if a defect is found or an incorrect size is selected but we will try our very best to assist in such matters. If we do not have a suitable replacement for you, we will process a refund once we receive the returned piece.
international orders
After processing your returned item/s, you will receive an email containing the details of the Store Credit. This credit will be reflected in your account within 3 business days from the date we receive your item/s.
