SIZE GUIDE
Our sizes usually range from Extra Small (UK4-6) to Extra Large (UK12-14). Please refer to the body measurement chart and product information on individual product pages to understand the intended fit for each item.
MATERIAL CARE

Our garments are made with delicate fabrics and thoughtful details. Please treat them with care.

Dry cleaning is recommended for lace and brocade designs.

Selected items may be cold hand-washed gently with mild detergent, then drip dried naturally. For all garments, especially printed styles, use a cool iron on the reverse side only.

Special care notes:

All batik and dark colour denim styles must be hand washed separately.

Mandarin collar garments must not be machine washed, as this may cause the collar to lose its shape.

Pleated styles must not be ironed. Use a garment steamer on low heat, or drip dry and let the pleats fall naturally.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Not all items online are available in-store. Item availability is indicated on respective product pages. Should you not find a specific item in-store, please don't hesitate to seek assistance from our staff.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU LAUNCH NEW DESIGNS?
New launches are not fixed as it depends on how fast our production team works and we often take a lot of time with sampling to get the perfect fit.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Occasionally, we’ll have fabric in limited quantities. Rather than guessing sizes we should produce, we’ll put out the maximum number of pieces that can be created to reduce fabric waste. Despite Pre-Ordering, availability is still limited, so you’ll have to be fast when it launches.
We seek your understanding that each Pre-Order piece is made at your request, and thus are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
WILL YOU RESTOCK YOUR PRODUCTS?
No, we generally do not restock our products. However, we may reintroduce similar styles and prints based on customer demand.

DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMS?
No, we do not provide customs.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALTERATIONS?
No, we do not provide alterations.
We recommend consulting a trusted local seamstress to alter your piece to fit you perfectly. Most of our pieces typically have a 2-inch allowance at the seams so that it can be easily resized up or down.
Please be aware that we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for pieces that have been altered.
CAN I RESERVE YOUR PRODUCT?
During launches, we cannot reserve products to maintain fairness for all customers. Otherwise, we’re happy to hold item/s for you for up to a week before releasing them to the public.
